Lady holds Google Map responsible for accident

A lady, Allen K Young, has slapped charges against the driver of a car and Google as she finds both of them responsible for the car hitting her when she was walking on a sideway.

She said that the driver had hit her when she was walking on sideways. But Google was held responsible by her for guiding her to a way on which she had never gone before. The area was a pitch-black and there were no streetlights. She said that she relied on Google Maps to cross and to go down a sidewalk.

Her point is that if the Google wants to guide the people, then it should take responsibility to tell warn them that the way may not be right to follow. But what is inexplicable is that she was walking from LA at 6 in the morning trusting Google Map to guide her where she wanted to go.
