LeAnn Rimes Slaps Cibrian Ex Brandi Glanville With Cease & Desist Order

When The Mistress Strikes Back: LeAnn Rimes Edition:

LeAnn Rimes (aka “I Need You, Your Wife Must Die!”) has slapped the estranged wife of boyfriend Eddie Cibrian with a cease & desist order, demanding the jilted woman call time on her free court press with the media.

The singer/actress began an affair Cibrian on the set of their Lifetime TV Movie Northern Lights in the Spring of 2009 and their romance hit the headlines when they were caught kissing on camera while still married to their respective spouses.

Rimes split from her husband Dean Sheremet months later, and after eight years of marriage, Cibrian filed for divorce from Glanville last July. Rimes and Cibrain have since gone public with their once clandestine relationship, but LeAnn is still angry with Glanville — the mother of Eddie’s two young sons –for airing her grievances over the affair in the media during the controversy.

In November, Brandi spilled her guts in public once again when she filed for spousal support from Eddie. Citing her monthly income as “none,” she claimed she has $39,963 in total monthly expenses for herself and the former couple’s sons Jake and Mason, including an $11,942 mortgage and $4,000 for “eating out.”

Brandi said that Eddie earns $60,000 a week for his role on CSI: Miami, but has paid nothing outside of the household bills and has not given her access to his bank accounts.

Glanville is required to respond to LeAnn’s legal note within five days, otherwise the crooner will reportedly file suit, asking a court to grant a gagging order.
