Stand Up to Cancer is broadcasting its fifth biennial telethon Friday (Sept. 9), with a cavalcade of A-listers coming together to raise money for cancer research.

The initiative, which started in 2008, has raised over $250 million to date and this year boasts stars Tom Hanks, Eva Longoria, Jillian Michaels, Charlie Puth, Bradley Cooper, Anna Kendrick, Ben Affleck, Emma Stone, Viola Davis, Celine Dion, Jon Hamm, Matt Bomer, Terry Crews, Kristen Wiig and many more.
Additionally, “Beverly Hills, 90210” star Shannen Doherty will make an appearance; Doherty is currently waging her own battle with breast cancer, having recently shaved her head during her chemotherapy treatments.
