Mark Cuban joins ‘Necessary Roughness’ — EXCLUSIVE

Mark Cuban wants to buy another sports team — but on TV only. EW has learned that the Dallas Mavericks owner will guest star in an episode of USA’s Necessary Roughness next year as a potential owner of the New York Hawks.

In the episode that will air in the latter part of season 2, he’ll show interest in buying the team at the center of the show. In reality, he’s just doing it because he has hidden motives. (Maybe he has eyes on Dani?) His episode will run next winter.

Cuban is a “shark investor” on ABC’s Shark Tank. He’s also played himself on episodes of Entourage and The Loop and danced during the fifth season of Dancing with the Stars.
