Paul The Octopus — the western German seaworld oracle PETA wants released to his national habitat — has made yet another prediction for the World Cup. With outstretched tentacles, the octopus has chosen Spain to claim victory over the Netherlands in Sunday’s World Cup final.

Note to the non-believers: Paul has correctly predicted the winners of all of Germany’s World Cup matches thus far, thank you very much. However, this is the first time he has had to decide between two non-German teams.
