No surprise here: Prince George was simply bombarded with gifts on his recent third birthday.
Prince George and Kate Middleton attended the America’s Cup World Series of yacht racing in Portsmouth, England, Sunday and met with young fans, including a 10-year-old boy who won a competition to design the event’s trophy. The child asked what George, the couple’s eldest of their two children, had received for his birthday.
“I am not telling, he got too many things, he’s far too spoiled,” William said, adding, “He’s not into boats yet.”
He did not reveal what gifts were given to George. In the past, the child has received luxurious birthday presents such as an £18,000 ($23,640) Victorian-style playhouse on wheels, as well as a custom-made rocking horse from President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.
The child, the third in line to the British throne and older brother of Princess Charlotte, 1, celebrated his third birthday Friday. To mark the happy occasion, Kensington Palace released four new photos of the boy, which were taken at his family’s country home, Amner Hall.
