Priyanka Chopra Stays Mum on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Relationship, but What About…

Priyanka Chopra is truly a girl’s girl.

As the Quantico star continues to enjoy her friendship with Meghan Markle, some fans may be thinking that she knows a bit more than the average Joe on one of Hollywood’s most publicized romances.

But when appearing on the red carpet for UNICEF’s 70th anniversary event, the newest Goodwill Ambassador wasn’t going to reveal too much about Meghan’s romance with Prince Harry.

“I’m a friend,” she shared with E! News when asked if she’s supportive of the pairing. “And I’m going to be a good friend to whatever my friends’ needs, not just her.”

But after learning about private getaways and matching jewelry, there’s no question that this couple is serious.

With that in mind, would Priyanka be excited for a possible royal wedding?

“I love London,” she told E! News. “I would go anytime…I mean the Queen just has to invite me if that’s what you’re asking!”

Just two weeks ago, Meghan and Priyanka stepped out for a girls’ night out in Los Angeles. The actresses were able to enjoy a private meal at the Doheny Room in West Hollywood before their busy schedules took them to a new location.

“Girls just wanna have fun,” Priyanka shared on Instagram. “@meghanmarkle @mubinarattonsey #LAlife.”

While Priyanka and Meghan both have gigs on the small screen, the pair also shares a passion for philanthropy and helping others.

During Monday night’s event, Priyanka expressed her gratitude at an organization that has made a profound impact on her life.

“My involvement with UNICEF began almost 10 years ago in India. Today, I stand here humbled, enriched and committed, because of it.  Thank you, UNICEF, for the amazing journey so far as well as this huge honor,” she shared with the crowd. “Along this decade old journey, with UNICEF, I have been on many field trips to villages and centers across India. On those trips, I spent time with numerous young girls and their families and experienced firsthand the transformative power of empowering young girls with opportunities that are rightfully theirs.”

She added, “Together, with my fellow, dedicated ambassadors, I am now proud to stand with UNICEF to help build a world where children’s rights are respected and protected.”
