Samsung has is about to launch its second superphone Galaxy S Pro and its some of the features are now out in the media. The company had recently announced its Galaxy S Captivate phone.

The new phone is equipped with QWERTY keypad and it has a 4-inch touchscreen. The phone uses 1GHz Samsung/Intrinsity ARM Cortex A8 processor. The new phone also will have a super AMOLED screen like other phones from the company. These screens are 20 percent brighter and a feature of such screen is that they have 80 percent less sunlight reflection. This results in 20 percent more battery life. Many experts are fond of such features in the phone.

The phone has a resolution of 400×800 though it is not confirmed yet. ROM of the phone is 8.2 GB and RAM is 512 MB. However the ROM space can be moved to the internal storage. The Pro also is equipped with a 5MP camera and its recording capability is 720p. the camera is front facing for the purpose of video conferencing as is the trend. The phone also has Samsung’s TouchWiz 3.0 user interface layer. It can playback H 264 and Divx video.
