Sean Penn Scarlett Johansson Photographed Together; Romance Rumors Resurface

Well! What have we here? TMZ snappers have gotten their Hot Little Hands on a flick that seems to bolster whispers that Sean Penn and Scarlett Johansson were sharing more than meals and stimulating conversation during their recent missionary efforts in earthquake-ravaged Haiti.

The 26-year-old screen star was photographed with her foot on Penn’s lap as the two had lunch at Cuban restaurant Versailles in Los Angeles on Monday. The 50-year-old Oscar winner divorced actress Robin Wright (Jenny of Forrest Gump fame) in 2009, while Scar and husband Ryan Reynolds filed for divorce in December.

Us Weekly first pegged the pair as clandestine “humpers” last month. Word is the pair began their fling when Scarlett was in Los Angeles filming We Bought a Zoo with Matt Damon. She approached Sean because she was interested in helping out in the Caribbean, where he’s been a large part of the rebuilding effort since Haiti was slammed by a quake in Jan. 2010.

“Scarlett’s smitten with him. Their first hook-up was in Scarlett’s Bungalow,” an insider told the mag.
