It looks like Tori Spelling‘s financial troubles are not behind her.

The actress, who has been in legal trouble with American Express before, got hit with another lawsuit from the financial corporation over unpaid credit card debt.

The court documents, which were filed Monday in a Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by E! News, state that Spelling has failed to pay $87,594.55 in fees on one of her American Express platinum credit cards.

A copy of the card statement from AmEx was included in the documents as Exhibit A, showing that the remaining balance was unpaid with a closing date of April 27, 2016. The statement also reveals that the account was canceled.

Spelling was first sued by American Express at the top of the year for failing to pay her then-current balance of $37,981.97 since last summer. There is no confirmation whether or not these two lawsuits are related.

E! News confirmed last month that on Aug. 11, a judge ordered a default judgment against Tori, demanding she repay the full amount, plus $855 in court fees.

In January, Candy Spelling revealed she was “helping” her daughter financially.

“I’ve been paying all her bills now, except I’m not paying extras like that,” the multimillionaire told TMZ. “I’m not paying any back payments—just for the house, and the kids’ schools, and their food.”

Two months later, Tori, who inherited just $800,000 of the late Aaron Spelling‘s multi-million-dollar fortune after he died in 2006, told People she wanted the lawsuit to “go away.” Insisting her finances were in order, she told the magazine, “We’re not bankrupt. We’re not struggling. We’re fine!”
