“Twilight” Spoof Movie “Fully Mooned”

Slapstick director Craig Moss is working on a motion picture parody that pokes fun at Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s popular vampire romance, The Twilight Saga — ripping a page from the Book of Box Office Spoofs like Space Balls and Scary Movie.

Twi-Hards will not be pleased.

According to a scoop from Production Weekly, Moss’ effort — titled Fully Mooned — will be released independently some time next year. Moss has famously spoofed several cinema gems — including turning Saving Private Ryan into an 8-minute short film called Saving Ryan’s Privates and crafting The 41 Year Old Virgin Who Knocked Up Sarah Marshall And Felt Superbad About It.

Eclipse, the third blockbuster in the wildy-popular Twilight series, arrives in theaters next month.
