Victoria Beckham Vying For Vogue Cover

From one waify style star to another: Victoria Beckham is buttering up fashion spitfire Anna Wintour in hopes of landing a coveted spot on the cover of American Vogue.

The former Spice Girl — now a high-end fashion designer — has appeared on multiple international versions of the fashion magazine but hasn’t given up hope that she’ll one day be honored with a spot on the US cover of the revered Fashion Bible, a tattle blabbed to NOW Magazine this week.

“Victoria’s currently on the cover of Turkish Vogue. It’s her fifth cover for international editions, but there’s still no offer from US Vogue She’s dreamed of being on that cover since she was little.”

The insider added: “Right now she’s on an all-out charm offensive and has been sending [editor] Anna [Wintour] flowers and notes for the past few weeks to get noticed.”
