The Vampire Diaries
And we’re back! After SEVEN dang weeks of reruns, we finally get to see what happened after Stefan ruined Damon and Elena’s plan to kill Klaus, but then stole Klaus’s family. Hint: Klaus sets his sights on Elena’s family. Also, a pretty doctor lady joins the show’s roster of expendable characters and Tyler behaves like a monster jerk.

The Secret Circle
Tonight Cassie deals with some emotional fallout from Jake’s betrayal (and romantic last-minute heroics) by confiding in Adam and exploring her dark magic. Elsewhere, Faye visits a hunky witch doctor to acquire magic of her own and Diana’s badass grandmother arrives to make some trouble. (I’ve seen this episode and I can confirm that it DOES contain magic. And it’s the show’s best use of magic yet.)
9pm, ABC
Grey’s Anatomy
The staff races to deal with the casualties of a multi-car pileup, including Teddy who still doesn’t know her husband has died. Plus Lexie must work alongside Mark’s new girlfriend Julia during an important surgery. Good times? Great times.

Project Runway All Stars
Tonight Project Runway finally gives in to the returning veterans trend when it brings us its first ever all-star season! Thirteen also-rans, fan-favorites, and especially camera-friendly designers return tonight, including Austin Scarlett, Mondo Guerra, and noted cat-thrower Kenley Collins. Unfortunately Heidi, Tim, and the regular judges are sitting this one out, so instead someone named Angela Lindvall will be hosting and Joanna Cole will be mentoring. (Isaac Mizrahi and Harvey Weinstein’s wife will be judging.)
