Probably the wedding with Christine Marinoni is not so prominent, but still Cynthia Nixon can promise that she will not be a drama queen ahead of time.
Actually, Marinoni and Nixon did not set a date, for that reason there are hopes that the ceremony will take place in New York. But one should note that same-sex marriage is not yet legal in New York. According to Nixon, they are doing their best in order to make the same-sex marriage legal in the city. But still the couple is looking for other options.
Since 2004 Marinoni and Nixon have been together, but only one year ago they engaged. Nixon said that she is happy about being engaged, and there is nothing bad in a long engagement.
As a matter of fact, Nixon has two children from her previous marriage with Danny Mozes, a photographer. They have a daughter and a son, Samantha, 13, and Charles Ezekiel, 7. Recently, she said that she was thrilled when she heard that her children started to call Marinoni as “Mommy.”
Nixon considered that a lucky woman. She feels that Christine is in good relationships with her kids. Moreover, the actress calls them “our kids.”
