As we approach the first anniversary of the death of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson’s sister is reuniting with the late singer’s former pet in a new Animal Planet documentary airing this Tuesday. Bubbles –The Moonwalking Chimpanzee — was featured on Michael’s best-selling 1987 Bad World Tour and lived with the “Thriller” hitmaker for six years before being moved to an animal sanctuary in 1990.
Now 27, Bubbles has spent the past two decades living in a refuge nestled away in a desolute area of The Sunshine State.
