Model Brandi Glanville, ex-wife of actor Eddie Cibrian, has washed her hands of their relationship and “couldn’t care less” about his recent engagement to country singer LeAnn Rimes — even though her former love rival is sporting a rock worth approximately $85,000.
On Monday, the scandal-stained adultress, 28, announced her engagement to former CSI: Miami star Cibrian, 37. LeAnn’s engagement sparkler features a 5-carat oval diamond set in the middle of a rose gold fleur-de-lis. The couple reportedly designed the ring themselves, with the help of Eddie’s jeweler pal Brent Polacheck. LeAnn made her fondness for the bauble known by praising its beauty in a message to fans on Twitter this week, but the star was quick to point out that she’s most proud of her new fiance.
“The ring is beautiful, man is better (sic),” she wrote.
“Brandi knew this was coming for a while, but after everything she’s been through since finding out, she couldn’t care less,” a source close to Glanville told Us Weekly. “[Brandi] never wanted Eddie back, so it didn’t matter if they got engaged, broke up or whatever. But now he’s LeAnn’s problem,” adds the pal, who notes that Glanville’s only concern about the relationship is that Rimes will become stepmother to Brandi and Eddie’s two young sons when she marries the the actor.
