Miley Cyrus was recently spotted in a revealing white vest top while sightseeing in Paris.
Despite her still young age, she seems intent on shedding her teenybopper image as fast as possible, and stepped out in gay Paree in vest that exposed her lacy bra, reports the Daily Mail.
