The actor, 42, and his girlfriend Jade Duell welcomed a baby boy in Hawaii Friday.
No word on the Little Tyke’s name, but “everyone is doing well,” says Owen’s rep.
Wilson and Duell have been dating for more than a year.
News of Wilson’s fatherhood was just revealed on Jan. 10. The couple, however, has been holed up at Owen’s $8 million oceanfront estate in Maui since December and welcomed their son in a home birth.
Ironically, Owen’s former girlfriend — actress Kate Hudson — is rumored to be expecting a baby of her own.
