Paramount Acquires DC Comics’ The Mighty

Deadline reports that Paramount Pictures has acquired the film rights for DC Comics’ The Mighty , which was created by Peter J. Tomasi and Keith Champagne.
In the comics, Lt. Gabriel Cole has worked his way up the ranks of Section Omega, with a connection to super hero Alpha One that reaches back to his own childhood tragedy. But when Alpha One reveals a sinister secret, Cole must stop this renegade from destroying life on Earth.
The site says that Mary Parent’s Paramount-based Disruption will produce with Benderspink.
