Riley Keough Cast In Mad Max 4: Fury Road
A newer, better model of the 1979 classic starring Mel “The Rant” Gibson is in the works. Danielle Riley Keough, daughter of Elvis Presley’s’ only offspring, Lisa Marie, is set to play one of of the Five Wives within a circle of women Mad Max must save. Keough landed her big break while she was modeling and scored roles in The Runaways starring Twilight’s Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning, as well as Jack and Diane with Kylie Minogue and Jena Malone.

Mel Gibson will not reprise his role because of his current legal and mental impairments. Producers have chosen Inception’s Tom Hardy as the new Mad Max.
Mad Max 4 is set to film in Australia beginning in February 2011 for release in 2012.
