Murder and mayhem may not seem funny, but in the right (wrong?) hands, they can make us laugh harder than Will Ferrell. There are some horror movies, like “Scary Movie 5,” that are actually meant to be comedies, as well. But there are others – many others – that are hilarious in unexpected, unintended ways.
