According to Deadline, Millenium Entertainment has paid $ 2 million to distribute Oren (The Messenger) Moverman’s L.A.-based cop drama Rampart, starring Woody Harrelson as a dirty cop trying to come to term with his actions. It recently debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival to rave reviews.
