milleniumrampart Millenium Picks Up Movermans RampartAccording to Deadline, Millenium Entertainment has paid $ 2 million to distribute Oren (The Messenger) Moverman’s L.A.-based cop drama Rampart, starring Woody Harrelson as a dirty cop trying to come to term with his actions. It recently debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival to rave reviews.

Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions (SPWA) has picked up worldwide rights to Detention Films’ Detention , which just took home the Youth Jury prize for best FutureWave Feature Film at the Seattle International Film Festival.
