“Abe” is a 12-year-old half Israeli and half Palestinian child from Brooklyn pushed by his ardour for meals, who has by no means had a dinner and not using a household battle. Abe escapes from a silly summer season cooking camp and is mentored by the Afro Brazilian Chef “Chico”, who makes a speciality of serving fusion meals at pop up meals festivals. One aspect of the household prefers to name him “Avraham” (in Hebrew), the opposite aspect “Ibrahim” (in Arab), whereas his agnostic atheist mother and father name him “Abraham”, in English. But he prefers Abe, simply Abe.
