We’ve been impressed watching celebs such as Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jack Osbourne cut a rug week after week on Dancing with the Stars. But co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet may just upstage the competition — if she follows through with potential plans to cut her hair.
“I don’t think I’d shave my head, but I’d like to cut all my hair off,” she told reporters at Saturday’s Anne Hathaway-hosted Pink Party, a charity event for cancer research. “I’ve done it once before. I’ll probably cut all my hair off at some point.”
But husband David Charvet’s hoping she’ll go even further. “Shave your head,” he told his wife. “Just try it. Do something bold.”
Fashion statements aside, Saturday was more than a night on the town for Burke-Charvet, 42, who underwent thyroid surgery in late 2012 after revealing her cancer scare.
“I think as a woman, we all have to get our mammograms. We all have to be responsible. We have to continue to be responsible patients and learn about our bodies,” she tells PEOPLE. “We have so much opportunity right now for early detection.”
How short should Burke-Charvet go? Think she should give a shaved head a shot?
