Charlie Sheen Countersuing Capri Anderson For Extortion

Charlie Sheen is suing pornstar and former companion Capri Anderson, claiming the sex worker tried to extort him out of $1 million following his rampage in a New York City hotel room last month.

He filed suit hours after Anderson sued him for emotional distress went on ABC’s Good Morning America and accused him of using racial slurs and grabbing her by the throat as he hurled items around a suite at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan on the night of Oct. 26.

The X-rated “actress” claims she was hired to escort Sheen to dinner for the evening, but when they went back to his hotel room later that night, the sitcom star became aggressive after drinking heavily and taking drugs.

“I was sitting on the edge of a coffee table, and he was serving us both drinks, and he was snorting something. There was a little bit of romance, if you will. But then he started throwing things. He threw a lamp. That was the first thing he picked up. And he threw it across the room at me,” a tearful Anderson (real name Christina Walsh) told GMA Monday.

Sheen’s legal team says Capri’s suit is nothing more than a thinly-veiled attempt to cash in on controversy. Sheen’s countersuit accuses Walsh of making up a “sensational tale about being assaulted, battered and held against will.” Capri allegedly threatened to take her story of the media if Sheen did not comply with her money demands

“This case involves a shakedown and extortion of the internationally known actor and celebrity Charlie Sheen … by an opportunist pornographic film star and publicity-hungry scam artist,” the lawsuit reads.
