The “Star-Spangled Banner” slayer was part of a unique group of divas (including Jennifer Hudson, Martina McBride, Yolanda Adams, and Florence Welch) paying tribute to a noticably-thinner Aretha Franklin at Sunday night’s 2011 Grammy Awards when she nearly took a spill live onstage. Luckily, the five-time Grammy winner was able to break her stumble by grabbing hold of her microphone.

Attorneys for the pop superstar said Friday. Aguilera filed final divorce papers on Wednesday after reaching a custody arrangement with Jordan regarding the couple’s three-year-old son, Max.
