College movie pupil Benjamin Glass (performed by writer-director Aaron Fisher) has all of it: ADHD, OCD, borderline character. And he is additionally bipolar. But Glass is greater than his diagnoses – he prefers the time period “recklessly extravagant” — and he is decided to show his genius. When a misunderstanding threatens to expel him from school, Glass pushes again; he plans on recreating the incident on video, with the assistance of a moonlighting porn actress (Ellen Toland), to clear his title. But how will he increase the cash for the movie, when his mother and father dismiss the scheme as one other manic episode? Inside the Rain is a wincingly humorous rom-com-drama, anchored by off-kilter performances by co-stars Fisher and Toland. The colourful ensemble solid consists of Rosie Perez as a tricky love shrink, Eric Roberts as an unhinged movie producer, and Catherine Curtin and Paul Schulze because the long-suffering mother and father. The final underdog movie and proof that for those who imagine in your self, something is feasible.
