Meet Fashion’s Newest ‘It’ Girl: Rita Ora

Why, hello Rita Ora! The 21-year-old British singer has made waves across the pond — and here in the States — ever since news broke that she signed with Jay-Z’s label Roc Nation earlier this year.

With two hit singles under her belt (“How We Do (Party)” and “R.I.P.”), opening on Coldplay’s summer tour and befriending Beyoncé (yep, that Beyoncé), is there anything else you should be jealous of? Yes, there is: her killer style.

In just a few short months, Ora has proved that she’s a style chameleon. She was able to work a head-to-toe menswear-inspired denim look (third) during London Fashion Week, while looking effortlessly elegant in a backless black gown at a Cartier after party (fourth).

Most recently, she hit the X Factor in London in an all-white outfit (fifth) consisting of a collared mini, blazer, red plaid creepers and ultra-glam cat-eye sunglasses (that we’re obsessed with) — though it sounds confusing, it totally worked.

Other looks we’ve loved so far? Her sophisticated gold-and-black sheath (first), her cowgirl-chic ensemble (second) and all of the glam gowns she was spotted in during Cannes.

Although the singer is relatively new to the fashion world, she’s given us more than enough reason to keep our eye on her.
