The movie world misplaced an awesome pal this previous February with the passing of Ron Hutchinson (1951-2019), co-founder of The Vitaphone Project and a key determine within the rediscovery, restoration, and preservation of early sound vaudeville and music shorts. Ron’s eloquent introductions had been highlights of our quarterly repertory calendar for 23 years. This tribute consists of all-time favorites of each Ron and our viewers: Shaw & Lee, Baby Rose Marie, Jimmy Conlin and Myrtlr White, Burns & Allen, and plenty of others.
