It was only a few years ago that Nicholas Hoult was a cute little kid in “About a Boy.” But we barely had enough time enjoy his grown-up turn as “Beast” in “X-Men: First Class” before he shuffled off his this mortal coil.

That didn’t actually happen, but it’s a (corny) excuse for us to segue into his next role: an undead, lovestruck zombie fool in “Warm Bodies.” Hoult stars as the silent, flesh-chomper named “R” who inhabits a world ravaged by the zombie apocalypse. When he encounters a rare surviving human, the beautiful Julie (played by Teresa Palmer), it sets off all sorts of strange new feelings inside him. And now R will do whatever it takes to protect the apple of his eye from a world of hungry walking dead.

“Warm Bodies” won’t hit theaters until February 1, but Moviefone and Summit Entertainment are offering you the chance to attend a free sneak preview next week!
