The Discovery Network will release a two-disc DVD set featuring the complete first season of TLC’s travelogue reality series Sarah Palin’s Alaska, CNN said this week.

All seven episodes of the former GOP Vice-Presidential candidate’s reality show will be included in the set, which will retail for $19.98. The box set will not include outtakes, bloopers, or never before seen moments, the network said. The DVDs are expected to be released April 5, which could coincide with Palin’s possible announcement of a run for The White House. (God save us!)

Sarah Palin’s Alaska attracted 5 million viewers in its series premiere on TLC last November. The inaugural episode became the top-rated series premiere in the network’s history, even besting the 2003 debut of What Not To Wear, according to Nielsen.
