From Saturday Night Live sketches to eye catching outfits, this election had its share of twist and turns. But with Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton this close to becoming president, it’s time to look back at the best pop culture memories from the past several months.

Back in September, the Republican presidential nominee appeared on The Tonight Show where the topic of hair was immediately brought up. “Can I mess your hair up?” Jimmy asked. During the three presidential debates, Hillary walked out in three pantsuits: one red, one blue and one white. As it turns out, the looks resemble particular outfits sported by key Death Row Records figures in the ‘90s. 7. Melania Trump Wears the “Pussy-Bow” Blouse

During the second presidential debate, Melania stepped out wearing an $1,100 “pussy-bow silk crepe de chine” shirt from Gucci. The outfit choice came days after a 2005 video surfaced in which Donald was recorded on an Access Hollywood bus participating in a lewd conversation with Billy Bush.

8. Ken Bone Wins the Debate

Another big star at the second presidential debate was Ken the audience member. As soon as the “uncommitted voter” began asking his question about energy needs and the environment, viewers were reminded of the toy collector from Toy Story 2.
