Its fast becoming a predictable style of movie making and Im afraid Peele is proving one dimentional. Most of his movies could have scenes moved from one to another without anyone noticing.

With all the civil war generals and civil war monuments that have been torn down, why would movies like this be relevant? After all, if you tear down parts of history then the rest of it is irrelevant.

One minute we have trailer that basically show the entire plot of the movie so you don't even need to go and see it. And then we have this garbage that shows absolutely zero.

I saw slavery and present day storylines. And yet im confused. A ghost story that spans generations perhaps? I dont know but it does liok different.

Can't wait to see what unfolds in this historic looking film. It looks like past meets the present Within Its Reflection

ANOTHER NARRATIVE ABOUT SLAVERY HOW ORIGINAL JUST WHAT WE NEEDED

Half of the comments are people whining about why we need to talk about slavery again. The other half don't even know what "antebellum" means. Neither realizes they've answered each others question. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Dumbasses.

It’s displayed her being in different places physically, mentally and spiritually. The subconscious overpowering the conscious state of mind with blind fear becoming a reality. The full trailer should be very interesting.

the first indoctrination Gabby Sidebe was in had a demonic vibe, now this one has the same exact feel. #nomoreslaveindoctrinations

those who think so-called 'Jordan Peele' "directs" these indoctrinations, really don't know how the game is played and how he's a figurehead who has strings being pulled by many who work behind the scenes.

The lady in green is not from that time either. The silver chain around her neck with cross. No slave or other person would have something like that

Hey y’all just wondering what is this rated?

  32. hagglemyivan

    January 7, 2020 at 2:39 pm

I’m going to guess the movie is about a group who was kidnapped and brought to a plantation where everyone acts like it’s before the civil war. There are actual places like that in the USA where people go, and act like slaves and masters (without the being held against your will part). Seems like it will be a crazy, disturbing, and unique movie!
