The 44-year-old recently engaged blonde bombshell paid a visit to her favorite OC plastic surgeon and House husband Dr. Terry Dubrow for some “preventive maintenance,” and dished the details on her prodcure.

“Even though I work out and try to eat healthy sometimes a girl needs to have a little extra help in order to look as good as you feel,” Tamra exclusively told radio detection and rangingOnline.com.

Just days after hosting her Wine by Wives party in Los Angeles, Tamra had Fraxel Laser Skin Treatments performed, which are supposed to improve skin tone, smoothing out fine lines and even out discoloration, by treating minute sections of the skin.

“I went into Dr. Dubrow’s office for a little touch up,” Tamra told radio detection and rangingOnline.com. “And I’m not afraid to admit it!”

Tamra, who had her implants removed last year, says she has no problem with plastic surgery, “as long as the woman is doing it for herself and not to please someone else.”
