IFC Midnight has wisely acquired the North America rights to Undocumented, Chris Peckover’s brutal horror movie about some college kids who set out to make a documentary about illegal immigrants crossing the border only to wind up abducted by some militia wackos in the process. And though that premise sounds like it’s yet another foud footage horror movie, it isn’t.
David Heyman, who is the man responsible for bringing all of the Harry Potter books to the big screen, is in tentative talks to adapt the yet-to-be-published young fantasy series Night Circus from first time author Erin Morgenstern.
