Ryan Seacrest Selling Hollywood Mansion

The Hardest-Working Man in Hollywood — Ryan Seacrest, 35 — is selling his Hollywood Hills estate for nearly $15 million, The Los Angeles Times reported over the weekend.

So just in case you’ve got a few cool millions laying around, here are the deets on Ry’s Hollywood digs: The 10,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style home, constructed in 1974, sits on nearly an acre of hilltop overlooking the canyon and the Los Angeles skylines. Amenities include a wine cellar, a screening room, a tennis court, and a swimming pool. The property features a guesthouse, six bedrooms, and six and one-half bathrooms.

Seacrest, who has fronted American Idol for the past 10 seasons and also boasts hosting and producing duties for E!, purchased the home from actor Kevin Costner for $11.5 million in 2006. The property was previously owned by another Oscar-winner — Richard Dreyfuss — who bought the sprawling estate for $2.7 million in 1995 for $2.7 milion.

In 2009, Ryan — host of the globally-syndicated radio program American Top 40 – inked a $45 million deal to renew his contract with Idol.
