The only thing they haven't shown is whether he buries his wife after all we've seen here…. I think that's going to be the main plot twist that will actually make seeing this movie all worth it.

I think this trailer is done deliberately to make you think one thing. But what happens in the movie will be completely different. I think they're doing this for fan so that way they can keep you on your toes so you don't know what's going to happen.

There is a popular book, game, comic, what ever. They want to make a movie about it. WHY the hell do they always change so drastically from the original material?! Why ignore everything that made said book, game, comic so popular in the first place? Why?!
Stick with the fucking book, stop changing shit. I was looking forward to this but can see they deviated too much from the book as fucking usual. Will not be wasting my time with this crap.

I think it's far more scary if the little boy dies, there's something disturbing about a dead toddler. Of course, the director is lazy and knows that directing a 3 year old is more difficult than directing an 8 year old.

The one Stephen King film that definitely needs a remake is Thinner in my opinion. The book was phenomenal but the movie sucked. A good script and the right director would really make a difference.
