Apple to phase out old phone ahead of new iPhone launch

Experts now widely believe that once Apple lunches its new iPhone next month, it will discontinue older version of the phone. If this comes true, then perhaps these are the last few days left for the consumers when they can own the older phone.

Two years back, Apple had launched iPhone 3G. Indications that this phone may be no more available from next month or so are now very clear as the company has been providing the phone at discount for past one year. Now, the phone is not being offered online to the customers, as was recently found by some people.

The company is expected to reveal its new iPhone 3GS in Worldwide Developers Conference on June 7. Then, the phone is likely to take place of 3G in stores worldwide.

Earlier in this week, reports were that Apple was casting for a new iPhone commercial and the company was taking huge order for its new iPhone.
